Dearest Granty-boy,

What can a mama say, but you are one SILLY, FUN and LOVED, lil dude!  You're almost 2 1/2 and do I dare risk jinxing it by saying you're getting a tad easier!?  Not that you were a hard one, but toddlerhood is always a doozie between 15mos and around now;)  You are making me remember why I love this age...because your personality is in full-force, communicating is getting easier and we are able to begin reasoning with you.  Speaking of communicating, you're a HUGE talker!!!  My goodness, your vocabulary and articulation are pretty stellar for your age!  Not only that, but the inflection in your voice is adorable...SO much personality in that little body of yours!  Oh yes and your personality...let's just say you're quite the comedian and know it!  Ha!  It's no wonder you're so funny because you have quite the audience between the four of us and boy, you love to perform:)  We all can't get enough of "your" smell...mmm-mmm-mmm, it's DREAMY and intoxicating!  You delicious, lil babe, you!  You are SO into books, books and more books...you can't get enough of being read to.  You either love being read to or just like to stall getting into bed, so you ask for more and more books;)  You're alllllll about your Daddy, right now...you get hurt?  You want Dada.  You are scared?  You want Dada.  You wake up sick or sad in the middle of the night?  You want Dada.  You are obsessed, but that's okay because he really is a pretty awesome dude and I'm pretty obsessed with him too:)  You also talk all the time about "Daddy's FAST car!"  You got the "car gene" from your Daddy, so I'm not surprised.  Animals.  You are also slightly (okay, a lot) obsessed with animals.   Doesn't matter the animal, you love it and often say "awwww" in the cutest, lil voice.  You are a snuggler (which we all LOVE), but you are also quite the daredevil (hello, daily heart-attacks for Mommy).  What can I say, WE LOVE YOU!!!!
