Is It Too Late For Catch-up??

Let me be the first to say that I HATE when all you hear about is how "busy" people have been.  Newsflash:  EVERYONE and their brother is busy, people!!!  However, I have to go back on my word a teensy-bit and say that life since January 2nd has been NUTS!  Like almost no words for just how nuts it's been!   Truly one of the most chaotic seasons of both Justin and I's little lives...some insanely awesome blessings (amen for those!), some truly life-shaking events, and some of "life's top 10 biggest events" all wrapped up into six, short months.

With that said, I've contemplated if this blog is worth keeping up with??  Part of me says to give it up, in order to try to simplify, but then a huge part of me loves having at least some sort of place to document our lives.  Every so often, Hailey and now, Michael loves to sit down and go through all the pictures from previous postings.  So, when I see them doing that, it makes it worth the effort to attempt some sort of record-keeping on here.

So, pardon me while I attempt to catch up in random orders on six months of life!
 

Christmas Brunch with the Flores', Komanapalli's and Piots!  Love this tradition!  We also celebrate our two Christmas babies in the family, Hailey and Karis!  Auntie Nicole made a DARLING (and delicious) cake for the girls...they LOVED it!!!

Christmas Eve.  Later that day, Mom realized we hadn't baked any cookies for Santa...oh, my!  We whipped up some of our favorite sugar cookies, just in the nick of time...phew!  The four of us went our and dined at a local teppan restaurant and had a BLAST!  We've decided it is our new tradition to hit up a teppan house on Christmas Eve:)
