Cozy Kinda' Day

Oh, what a warm and cozy, stay-at-home, cook your brains out, wear your slippers around couple of days it's been! What crazy weather we've had today...tons of LOUD thunder and lightning and not too mention it's been pouring down rain, most of the day.

Got the windows cracked to feel the damp air.

LOVE it, to say the least!

So, here were are, just me and my babes stayin' cozy on this rainy day!

Well, what have we been doing to pass the time you ask...

*Made a Starbucks run (yesterday) for an afternoon pick-me-up. Pumpkin Latte for me and "vanilla" milk for the mini.

*Colored our brains out with Hailey's new, gigantic Tink coloring book

*Rollerskated around the downstairs. Scored some major brownie points with Bug on this one!

*Baked some home-made chocolate chip cookies (and they are actually GOOD!). Remember, I stink at baking?? Not today my friends, not today;)

*Made some homemade chicken noodle soup

*Watch and listened to the rain




*Plenty of snugglin' going on over here, of course!






*Laundry, laundry, oh mighty laundry! At least, the basket is empty (probably will only stay that way for another hour or so). ;)


*Decorated for Fall...better late than never, I know
