Today, Hailey had a follow-up doctor appointment to see if the fluid in her ear had cleared up. It did and hers ears looked nice and healthy, inside! Yay!
I also had them give her the last shot in her Hep. A. series. (We missed it at her 2yr. because I had scheduled her appt. a couple weeks prior to the recommended vaccine schedule.) Anyway, I am HAPPY to report that she took it like a champ and did NOT shed one, single tear!! I don't think she knew what it was and by the time it was over I had pulled a lollipop out of my purse to distract her. She even told the nurse "thank you!" The nurse said that's definitely the first time she's been thanked by a child for giving them a shot! Leave it to Hailey:)
