I was going through a catalog I received in the mail and came across this Baker's Edge Brownie Pan. It's slogan reads, "Now everyone gets an edge piece." Who in their right mind likes the edge piece of a brownie??? NOT me! I always cut off the edges and only eat the middle pieces. They're always too tough. I just thought this was the weirdest idea. I'm guessing since there's an entire pan dedicated to "edge" pieces, there must be a lot of people who prefer the edges...in that case, clearly I'm the weird-o! ;)
